Last week, the Group’s leadership team, from the Holding to our subsidiary CEOs, gathered for our annual seminar, a key moment to step back, think together and shape the Group’s strategic direction.
Over these few days, we shared experiences, challenged our ideas, and set our priorities for the years ahead. We had open discussions, agreed on priorities, and, above all, came out of it more aligned and united than ever!
A heartfelt thank you to our Malagasy team for their warm welcome and for inviting us to join their 10th anniversary celebrations. It was a wonderful time of sharing and connecting!
